We spend so much time in the gym trying to sculpt our bodies and acquire that chiselled look. But what do we do about our mind- are we allowing any and every thought to home in? Should we not invest in training our mind to think in a certain way, relax it when it is needed, flex our mental muscles, nurture and in short care for our mental health?
